Residents invited to attend Nonkqubela PTI information day

The City of Cape Town’s Urban Mobility Directorate is upgrading the Nonkqubela Public Transport Interchange (PTI) in Khayelitsha and invites residents, road users and businesses to attend an information day session on Thursday, 18 September 2025 from 15:00 to 18:00 at the Site B Hall, Khayelitsha Public Library, Bonga Drive, Site B.

‘It is very important that members of the public and interested parties join this meeting on Thursday at the Khayelitsha public library in Site B. Those who attend will get an update on the construction timelines, how to register for subcontracting opportunities as well as how to register on the City’s jobseeker database. This information day is also an opportunity to speak directly with our team that is working on this project,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, Councillor Rob Quintas.

Jobseekers that intend to attend must bring a valid ID or certified copy, as well as proof of address (such as a utility bill).
